Here is everything you will need to know for Recital 2021!

Location: Millennium Middle School, 2330 FL-46, Sanford, FL 32771 (In Auditorium Building)
Recital Theme: We are incredibly proud of how much all of our students have overcome this past year and continue to persevere and are STILL DANCIN'.
Dancers and one female adult should arrive at 2:30 PM to report backstage. The show is set to start promptly at 3:00PM. The approximate end time is 5:00pm. A line up of the show will be sent out to families before Friday's stage rehearsal.
All dancers should arrive with hair, make up and tights on. Dancers will be able to put on their first costume, after arrival, in their assigned dressing room. You will know exactly where to go after your guided walk through on Friday evening. All other family members should make their way to the audience seats.
Dancer’s will remain backstage for the entire show unless they are age 4 and under. ALL DANCERS must be backstage for Awards at the end of the show. Dancers are welcome to have non messy snacks and only water in the dressing rooms to avoid costumes getting damaged.
Dancer’s hair should be in a high bun on the crown of the head. Hip hop dancers will wear a high ponytail as opposed to a bun. Company dancers will wear competition makeup. Recreational dancers should have some make up on to prevent washout with stage lights. Blush, eye color and lipstick are strongly recommended.
All audience members will be required to wear a mask. This is in accordance with SCPS as we must follow their guidelines since we are using their facility. SCPS also asks that you put at least two seats between families when choosing your seating. Do not worry, there will be plenty of seats with great views of the stage. 😊
During intermission WDA will have water and light snacks for sale. This will be cash only so please plan accordingly.
Finally, if you have not yet let the studio know you need additional tickets please do so as soon as possible. In order to get the right number of tickets printed we must know by 1:00pm Tuesday 6/01. As a reminder you will receive 3 tickets, paid for with your recital fee, at on stage rehearsal. Up to 3 additional tickets can be purchased for $15 each. PLEASE REMEMBER TICKETS MUST BE PREORDERED.
The studio will not be selling tickets at the door on the day of recital due to capacity limit polices.
