Classes

Creative Movements:                             

(Ages 18 months - 2.5yrs)  

 

Dancers will work on their balance and agility through the use of music and motion.

  

Our teacher  will work directly with the dancers to build an independent relationship where the parents will be able to observe the class through a T.V. in the lobby.  Parents are welcome to participate in the class with their child until the dancer is comfortable with our staff and the studio.
 

Pre-K:                             
(Ages 3-5)
 

 

Dancers will participate in 30 minutes each of the following dance forms- Ballet and Tap.

  

Mini Ballet/Jazz:                             
(Ages 4-6)
 

 

Dancers will participate in 30 minutes each of the following dance forms- Ballet and Jazz.

Transition:    
(Ages 4.5-6)
 

 

Dancers will participate in 20 minutes of each of the following dance forms- Ballet,Tap,Jazz. This is a great transition class from Pre-K to prepare students for combo class.  


Combo:    
(Ages 5 and up)
 

 

Dancers will participate in 30 minutes of each of the following dance forms- Ballet, Tap, Jazz

 

 Jazz: 

(Ages 9 and Up)

 

Jazz dance is movements and techniques that are matched to the rhythms and techniques of jazz music.  

Leaps & Turns:  

(Tween / Adult)

This is a technique class designed to assist students in focusing on the leaps, jumps and turns that dancers perform in Ballet, Jazz and Lyrical. 

 

Hip Hop: 

(Ages 7 and up)

 

Hip-hop dance refers to street dance styles primarily performed to hip-hop music or that have evolved as part of hip-hop culture. It includes a wide range of styles primarily breaking, locking, and popping which were created in the 1970s and made popular by dance crews.

Lyrical 

(Ages 8 and up)

 

Dance that demonstrates balance, extension, isolations and control utilizing the lyrics or mood of the music.

Acro: 

(Ages 5 and up)

 

A dance using controlled moves such as walkovers, limbers, handstands, chest rolls, gymnastic passes, acrobatic moves, and dance moves, steps, and choreography.
