Miss. Violetta

Violetta Jattan started her dancing career when she was just 3 years old at the James Dance Center in 2002. She started taking part in competitions at the age of 9, with styles ranging from classical ballet to any other styles of dance. Violetta then started dancing at Susans Dance Works in 2010  at 11 years old, and continued to develop and advance her techniques and styles. This studio is also where she started to assist other teachers in multiple dance classes. Although ballet is Violetta’s favorite style of dance, she is trained in a variety of other styles, such as: tap, lyrical, modern, acro, pointe, jazz, contemporary, musical theater, and character. From there, she began dancing at The Orlando Ballet throughout high school and has participated in multiple competitions over the years, such as: Youth American Grand Prix (YAGP), American Dance Competition (ADC), VIP, Starquest, IDC, dancers inc, etc.
Violetta Jattan is currently a student in college and working towards getting her Bachelors of Science. Dancing has been Violetta’s passion ever since she was able to walk, and she loves using the skills that she has developed over the years to teach young dancers, especially the beautiful and technical art form of ballet. This will be Violetta’s first year teaching at Westbrook Dance Academy, she is so excited to meet everyone and train them on their dance journey. She is looking forward to making this an amazing and fun year for everyone!
